In Tom's Hardware Guide's June 2013 Grand Prix, Firefox 21 narrowly beat Chrome 27 in Principled Technologies's WebXPRT 2013 benchmark: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/chrome-27-firefox-21-opera-next,3534-7.html WebXPRT runs four types of tests: Photo Effects, Face Detection, Stocks Dashboard, and Offline Notes. http://www.principledtechnologies.com/benchmarkxprt/webxprt
