can't enter proxy ports - window too small - truncated

Edit-preferences-advanced-proxies-manual proxy presents a window that is
truncated on the right side. There is no way to enter the proxy ports.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.click on Edit-preferences-advanced-proxies, then on the manual button.

Actual Results: A window poped up that was truncated on the right side,
cutting off the place where the port numbers are supposed to be entered.
Expected Results: Provided a large enough window to display the boxes where
the port numbers go.
I am behind a corporate fw with a proxy server and since I can't set Mozilla up
for proxy I can't test it.
