Summary: Unable to drop the CTP whitelist from the doorhanger → Click-to-play permission changes are not getting stored properly
IIUC this is bug 943383 which has just been FIXED on trunk. The fix should appear in the next Firefox-Nightly 29.0a1 (and in the next SeaMonkey nightly, but at the moment SeaMonkey 2.26a1 is only being successfully built on Windows).
