Hover state should be remove, as now remains active until the button looses focus.

James, could you please let me know how mail/style/mail.css is build?
I'm trying to change the BB to fix this bug.
I see there is a copy of shared styles inside email app, and I don't know if by changing the building blocks in gaia/shared your styles get automatically updated, or I need to manually change styles in mail.css.

Arnau: any style path you see that starts with "shared" (or ../shared in the @import calls) comes from the gaia/shared directory. So if you do a change in the shared stuff, that should show up.

I believe the only caveat with that is value_selector: email has its own copy of that, but it is also not referenced from an ID/path that has "shared" in it.
