6.1 Commercial Final Windows Reload Frame in sidebar context menu doesn't reload frame if tab has tmed out. Steps: 1. On Windows, launch Nav with sidebar open 2. Wait for a tab to time out and display "This tab is not available right now." 3. Right-click in the frame to expose context menu 4. Choose "reload Frame" Actual Result: Frame/tab does not attempt to reload Expected Result: Frame/tab should reload (try again)

Currently no tab avaliable is done by loading the iframe with a xul window that says that the tab is not avaliable. Then when reload frame is hit it just reloads that iframe which is the xul page. On reload we need to reload the whole actual tab and not just the iframe or change the way the tab timesout so it is dynamic rather then a static xul page.

The ``timed out'' XUL page should also have a reload button in addition to fixing the context menu.

No context menu pops up when the PageNotFound.xul message is shown. You can now reload using the tab header context menu reload item.
