RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 833272

Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:26.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/26.0 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 20131215161728

Steps to reproduce:

I have 3 calendars from 2 different Google accounts (I only use the calendars from Google, I don't read my gmails on Thunderbird but I do read my other mails). When configuring these calendars, I checked the option "use masterpassword".

Actual results:

When starting Thunderbird, I have to type my password three times: I have confirmed that the 2 additionnal times the password is asked come from the Provider for Google Calendar. Actually, when configuring only 1 Google account in Lightning, I have to enter my password twice when starting TB.

Expected results:

when I start Thunderbird, I enter the masterpassword only once, and get access to my mails and the calendards.
I got the same problem with Google provider, I think the bug is a combination of both extensions
And from the last update, the master password is asked as any time as a Google calendar is loaded. I got 4 calendars ( My wife's, birthdays, children, Mine) and the password is not asked 4 times at startup.

Both extensions = Lightning + GData Provider, or GData Provider + something else?

With ver. 1.0.1 v3 of GData Provider, I find that after entering my master password, I am prompted by Google (single read/write calendar) at startup; I can close and restart SeaMonkey without a prompt following the master password; but if I close and wait several minutes before restarting, I *will* see a Google prompt. This indicates to me that the auth expires and cannot be re-authenticated without manual intervention (which seems to fit with this bug).
Hi,
Lightning + GData Provider
I got prompted once, for now, never happened again, event if I wait too much.
By the way, if I wait too much to enter main password, now the calendar cannot be loaded event on refresh.
I got to restart TB and enter 4 times the password.

Try this: enter the master password once only and close the other three dialogs. Then you should have access to all four calendars.

It worked with the old version, I discovered this turn around one time, but it doesn't seem to work anymore
This is getting badly worst. Some calendars appear in error or warning, and the main one isn't showing anymore, without any warning. Is it possible to show a debug windows for calendar+google provider ?
In fact, its seams to be a bug in the new version and some Google restriction and overuse of Google bandwidth
I switch to CalDav and it works fine for now, I'll go back to this provider when it will be fixed
