Before this can land we either need to wait for mozbase to finish being synced (bug 949600), or cherry pick the patches from bug 947974 into m-c. I'll get this patch written and reviewed in the meantime.

This patch actually does a bit more than the summary of the bug suggests. If you want I can split it into separate patches and land separately, just let me know. This patch: 1) Schedules b2g desktop reftest-sanity on all trunk branches (disables on older branches) 2) Schedules full set of reftests on Cedar (and disables reftest-sanity on cedar) 3) Chunks full set of reftests to 3 (as they were timing out when we were previously running them all as one chunk on cedar)

All required dependencies are in m-c, landed: https://hg.mozilla.org/build/buildbot-configs/rev/f8135ccea121 When this goes live we'll probably want to be ready to hide the new reftest job just in case as there were a lot of moving parts.
