I want to schedule you guys to come out and completed open items in the SFO 1st Floor Commons space. Need to replace the 27" monitor on the pDesk in SFO Commons with two 24" or smaller monitors stacked one above the other. Need additional video cable run from the AV room on SFO 2 to the Production desk carrying the ME2 Preview output from the ATEM 2/ME. This is an SDI output. ME1 Multiview output should appear on the lower monitor, ME2 Multiview output should appear on the upper screen. Richard would like to see if the work could be done Friday Feb. 7th. Please let us know if this date will work for you.

We can't make this happen Friday the 7th - we have to wait for the equipment to arrive; it has been ordered, and should arrive sometime in the middle of next week. Let us know when Richard + the Commons will be available - but for starters how about Thursday 2/13?

Aaron: There is an event on Thursday the 13th. Is is possible for you to make it Friday the 14th. I have checked with Richard and Friday works for him. Please let me know if Friday the 14th works for you so we can block the room from being book.

SFO Commons has been reserved all day Friday February 15th. Richard has been scheduled.

SFO Commons is now needed for an Air Mozilla event. We will have to reschedule for another time. Room is available all day the 18th if AVDG is able to come in that day. Aaron or Jared please let me know if the 18th works for you. i apologize for the change in schedule.

The 18th is not a good day for John and I to be there - but just about any other day that week would be fine. Is there another day we can shoot for?

Aaron so sorry to keep rescheduling. Commons space is used often and is hard to book. Someone scheduled a training in that space the 19th. is is possible to have you come in the 20th or the 21st. As of now I have booked the room for both days. Please let me know if either one of them works for you. I apologize for the back and forth.

The 20th works and I've put that on our calendar. If it changes again it will have to wait until we complete the Mountain View project since this will be really close to when we'll be on-site there and using all available resources to meet that project's deadline.
