or add a switch to disable the horribly slow all tests up-to-date check when I want to run a test repeated via |while do| bash command.

We have this for mochitests. Might as well do it for xpcshell-tests too.
We want this for retriggerable xpcshell tests in automation. I'll give this a try, shouldn't be too hard.
