I believe this process must be documented. We have made requests like these for months with this exact wording but this is the first time I got asked. I don't know the exact details of what it means.
IIUC the user can only reach theat specific host in the releng VPN. Beyond that, I don't know how it works.
If you find the instructions for this, I can add it to our filling mechanisms to add it every time we file a new bug like this (for whoever handles the requests).
If you find a better wording please let me know and I will adjust our filling scripts.

AFAICT, this doesn't work. I connected to the MozillaVPN and tried connecting via ssh to tst-linux64-ec2-glandium.test.releng.use1.mozilla.com (10.134.59.204). I verified I do have a route for 10.134.0.0/16 and my connection attempts are going through the tunnel.
