We'll need to track updates of apps on Android. So as update pings come into the APK Factory, let's write those out to a log.
Periodically, monolith can then consume those logs and update the stats accordingly.

Format is probably best as CSV. Person who knows the most about what monolith can consume is robhudson.

Yep, CSV is fine. JSON works too. We'll read it with Python so whatever works. JSON has the advantage of not having to worry about what the columns are but is a bit more verbose. Whoever implements it can decide what they like.
