Steps to reproduce:
Installed nightly update.
Actual results:
Thunderbird.exe starts to load and then crashes. Can observe the process thunderbird.exe in Windows Task Manager. Reaches 20000-40000K then shuts down.
Expected results:
Thunderbird should have started. Have to go back to 02-10-2014 release to get Thunderbird to start. Affects both 32 and 64 bit versions under Windows 7.

Thank you for your suggestion. I had not attempted the safe mode. It does start under safe mode and after starting, I was able to close out and restart with out an issue. Very strange. Equally interesting no crash reports were generated. Perhaps because the program never fully loaded.
