We need a temporary, but reliable place to host our currently static jacuzzi files. All of our Buildbot masters will be talking to them (but caching results for short periods). In my mind, this means a few things would be nice to have: * https * no authentication * multihomed We're going to tweak the files quite a bit while they're still static, so it would be good to be able to do that without IT intervention.

No HTTPS (since it would need a new cert), but otherwise done already (once DNS propagates, anyway). When this moves to relengapi, it will get HTTPS - all of relengapi is HTTPS-protected. The buildmasters will also need to use oAuth2 to authenticate, which shouldn't be difficult.
