:Van, I can't seem to get a the KVM console up on this machine. It just show no signal. I tried a power cycle a few times and no change. Any ideas?

:markco - I think it's set to use third party video card in the BIOS. Let me switch it to onboard video card.

I suspect there is a hard drive issue with this machine because in the BIOS the hard drive is not showing up in the boot options.
:Van, is it possible to swap out the hard drive on this machine?

:markco - I rebooted the node and BIOS detected the hard drive. You want to give it another shot?

Hi Van,
The new disk has been shipped to the DC and assigned the following Fed-Ex tracking number:
567553943774
If you can help us return the failed disk within 7 business days of receiving the replacement, it would be much appreciated.
Thank you!

I took another look at it. I still think it is an issue with the hard drive. It has failed a couple different ways while imaging. All of which seemed to have happened during the formatting and partitioning portion of the install.
