Little confusing, I reverted https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/commit/ed5af8d56df9d522349cf6b9ee5309edd0eb63a6 and the issue changed, now when coming back to sleep the statusbar shows, but not the rest of the screen

I suck at bisecting, its a regression from https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/commit/71e9afea939cca5c664dad671c9270c66384f274

Steps to reproduce: 

  $ make reset-gaia

When phone enters FTU, press power button to sleep, press power button to wake, phone shows black screen instead of waking to FTU

Tested on a keon

Revert is a conflict :(

I've found this would not happen if you launch FTU via the developer menus' option (to restart FTU without reset the phone).

So FTU seems not the root cause. I'll try to pin down it.

Detect FTU and don't instantiate the window if it's open. Reset the flag after the FTU is done.

Verified Fixed.
Able to turn On screen after timed out in FTE.
