Payment accounts are currently managed through a modal that lists all of your accounts and provides edit/delete/view transaction links. We should move those links next to the dropdown to reduce our modal count. See Maureen's mockup [1] and bug 989513 for more info. [1] http://2hu4ka.axshare.com/#p=home&c=1
