since all blocking bugs were fixed, we can remove distribution_tablet now. Gary, are you available to fix this one?

Do you think should we move `distribution_tablet` to new repo (gaia-distribution-sample)?
So everyone who wants to customize gaia could reference it.

we have customization[1] in GAIA_DIR and that is a prefect sample for distribution mechanism.
