(Whiteboard: Does patch for 88844 fix this?)
Steps to reproduce:
1. install (with talkback)and make sure QuickLaunch checkbox is checked
actual result: app does not launch (trying to find bug number)
turbo mode is not started up, second launch does not start it either.
expected result: when checkbox checked, app should launch, systray contain the N
icon etc.
workaround is to install without talkback and turbo behaves as expected.
will post other bug- when I find- it is elusive to my queries

ccing peter trudelle. Since we don't have control on the talkback agent we need
to find out a workaround in the turbo mode to overcome this problem. I am still
verifying this issue.

It works fine in Windows NT. In WinXP first time launch was a problem when
talkback is enabled. I had no problem in the second time launch. Since, turbo is
keeping in the memory I don't what is the consequences.
I suspect this is yet another instance of the residual problem dp and I have
been tracking down under bug 88844.
Can we see if this problem goes away when dp's latest patch is applied?

This is a possible showstopper for turbo. Who can test whether dp's patch fixes
this bug on xp? Grace? Namachi? SSu? We need to know ASAP.

Bhuvan(racham@netscape.com) has the latest Windows XP build and We tried the
latest version (today's) Netscape 6 build and turbo works fine with talkback.
The real problem seems to be the Advanced preference page. Everytime you open
the advanced preference page it toggles from turbo. It may be a different but.
I think we mark it as works for me.
