steps to reproduce: 1. Submit an app with "mobile" and "tablet" selected 2. After submission, go to the 'Compatibility & Payments' page 3. If the app was submitted as Free, click on the "Paid" tab or vice versa. expected behavior: Form factors selected during submission are checked by default actual behavior: Form factors selected during submission are not pre-checked.
I recall asking about this (or perhaps seeing a code comment) that this is intentional to force the user to think about their selections in the different context.
