steps to reproduce: 1. Load https://marketplace-altdev.allizom.org/developers/submit/?src=nav 2. Notice the checkboxes for formfactors Please add a section heading to clarify what the checkboxes mean. Something like "My app is optimized for the following screensizes:" will be helpful UX has r+ed adding a section heading.
