steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://marketplace-altdev.allizom.org/developers/submit/?src=nav
2. Select the "Tablet" formfactor
3. Notice that the platform "Android" is listed below and needs to be selected separately.

Currently, we have no FirefoxOS tablets in the market. If the developer doesn't actually select "Android", these apps won't be public for any set of devices

Screensizes between Android or FirefoxOS tablets would be very similar and we shouldn't be excluding them based on formfactor.

Question: Since we have buchets as well, why do we need the app developer to also select "android"?

Firefox OS tablets are actually rolling out to the community starting this week.  The first wave of devices targets platform contributors rather than 3rd party developers, but they still may want to share tools and experiments, and I'm inclined to support them in doing so.  A couple reviewers will be receiving tablets, so we should have enough resources to handle the volume.
