This might be a big bug, my apologies, but it's to cover the creation of the Recommendation Engine UX in the Marketplace. We've got the prototypes and the upcoming Feed integration and we'll need some UX guidance on how the Recommendation Engine should work.

We spoke about this Tony and the result for the first pass is very simple:
* add in a recommended tab, to the right of "popular"
* add in a listing of recommendation results, using the same styles and templates as popular
* if a user is not logged in, or has no recommendations, then just use the same list as popular

This all we really need for the first pass. There is a seperate bug for the back end.

 I would recommend just not showing the recommendations link if a user isn't signed in. Other than that, sounds like a good plan.

I am not able to see recommendation on -dev. Can you please enable this for QA?

Sorry. I should mention we have the waffle disabled until the recommendation server comes online. For now we will keep it disabled.
