Details

We are currently fetching jobs similar to the one selected even if the similar job panel is not selected. We should add a condition here https://github.com/mozilla/treeherder-ui/blob/master/webapp/app/plugins/similar_jobs/controller.js#L73 to check if the panel is selected. Also, the similar jobs should be fetched at a second time when the panel get selected
