The hidden jobs report [1][2] currently uses TBPL as its source of truth for which jobs are hidden. We need to switch it to use treeherder instead. Given that sheriffs have not been keeping TBPL's hidden job list in sync with Treeherder's for some time now, IMO the stats on the report are already out of date - and as such, switching TBPL off shouldn't be blocked on this, since I think the report isn't that useful in its current state now anyway.
