Details

There's troubleshooting information available on the "about:support" page which is also available through an internal API. At some point, this API will be accessible outside of the browser chrome to specific whitelisted sites like Input and SUMO. With the user's consent, we want to capture specific portions of that data along with feedback response data. This will radically improve our ability to suss out steps-to-reproduce for problems users are having without requiring that the users be Firefox developers.
