This covers the implementation of NS_THEME_TAB and NS_THEME_TAB_PANEL for XUL tab panels on GTK.

These widgets are now implemented. Bug 142334 is being used as a tracking bug for enabling this feature by default; until then you can get native theme support by setting NATIVE_THEME_SUPPORT=1 in your environment when building Mozilla.
