The goal here is to be building both dogfooding and regular FxOS builds for Aries nightly, but without the Spark distro. I don't think that we're currently doing this.

This might be as simple as backing out bug 1164194.

This bug is just a matter of removing the GAIA_DISTRIBUTION_DIR line in all testing/mozharness/configs/b2g/taskcluster-spark*.py config files.

I'm not sure, but I think we can get rid of some of the spark .py and .yml files for cleanup?

taskcluster-ota.py and taskcluster-ota-balrog.py only diverge by the submit-to-balrog action. Ideally, this should be made through a command line option and set in taskcluster through an environment variable, but, AFAIK, we don't have a dedicated person to take care of this, I r+ the patch.
