More info:

We updated the new about:healthreport contents (the v4 paths) to work with the Unified Telemetry data.
Now we want are fully switching over to the new v4 data in Firefox 43, so we need to show the new version of the about:healthreport content that uses that data.

Bug 1217341 verified the behavior.
Note that the changes here don't affect any clients until we landed bug 1227579, which makes clients actually use the v4/ versions.

We moved this switch ahead on an accelerated schedule and would like to verify it on beta 43 soon.
