We updated the new about:healthreport contents (the v4 paths) to skip loading pings other than the "main" and "crash-ping".

In bug 1328572 two PR were merged and verified, so we need to deploy them both. In addition to this, let's also make sure that the third PR is deployed, as it avoids 404 error on new locales.
