+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #873165 +++

Bug 1227619 pushed the FHR v4 updates to production and i assumed the update script would automatically pull the l10n updates too.

However, comparing e.g. german:
* staging: http://fhr-dev.allizom.org/de/v4/
* prod: https://fhr.cdn.mozilla.net/de/v4/
... shows that the l10n updates are not there.

Can we please get those updated like (presumably) bug 873165?
We think update.sh didn't get run here, hence no l10n updates happened:
