Create the templatized version of the files translated into Spanish. I have a set of translated ones. As soon as I progress on them I will be putting them as attachments in this bug.

I am System Administrator of Hispalinux systems and MONO's anonymous CVS repository (check under www.go-mono.com/anoncvs.html). On the other hand, I have no one to vouch me. I am doing the Spanish translations of the templates to put it into use as son as the 2.16 release is ready, so it can be deployed as soon as the release is out. How can I proceed to get the access, in this case?

OK, here's the deal... Internationalization of Bugzilla is high on our to-do list, but it's not going to make 2.16. We're still debating the exact mechanics of it, but it's likely we'll be using a string lookup method of some sort so that we don't have to have different templates for different languages... you'll just change the string lookups. We'll probably also have the capability to honor the browser's Accept-Language header, too, in some form or another. In the short term, so that we can actually use these though... When you get the templates finalized, tarball your template/default directory and let me know where to grab it from. We'll post it on ftp.mozilla.org for you, so it's right there for anyone to grab that wants it. I hear rumours that Debian might have a set of French templates, too... I'll check into getting those as well.

Dave, should we check this into contrib for 2.16?

Templates are almost finished. Just the netscape "Sidebar" is waiting, and I have to resolve an small problem with one file, due to my poor cvs skills. As soon as it is finished, I can point to an URL to download them.

OK, someone was asking about Spanish templates, and I was checking up on this because I remembered there being some in progress. What's posted here (and at the URL given) appears to be about 11 months old...

Jesús, or anybody from the bugzilla team: we can close this, or mark as dupe of, for instance, bug 214907, which contains the issues of spanish localization.
