On Shadowsong computer: With hardware acceleration turned off Youtube has choppy video and audio at all resolutions and in both full-screen and windowed mode. Milan - what do you want to do with this bug?

From the graphics side, we will retest on 51, where we have most of the unaccelerated video performance improvements in graphics. We can record if things got better, and by how much. I understand that "choppy" is subjective, but it's still worth doing. Don't know if there is any work that A/V team has done on this side and if you want to keep this bug for tracking that.
