Steps to reproduce:
Right now the default colour is not pleasing and cannot be changed easily,
provide options like
auto- according to page tab colour is selected
Default/dark- similar to right now
User choice - let user set the colour of tabs & chrome
Vivaldi already provides this & opera Neon is working on it too

Now that themes api is enabled by default in Firefox55 can this be landed soon so it's ready for photon?
