Using ATI 3D Rage Pro
Could not reproduce under Linux with 2002041521.
Reproductibility : Very easy under my system, but there's a definitively random
factor.
Initially the page (http://www.dvdanime.net/critiqueview.php?id_critique=96)
displays fine, but when scrolling with page down/page up,
switching from another windows, or opening the page in DOM editor, random
vertical black lines appear.
Scrolling line by line slowly does not recreate that.
The location where the black lines appears is completely random, but it always
recover one TD element of one of the table with thin blue line background.
The black bars can be very thin, wide, sometimes it's even a black square.
All pages of the site do that except the introductory page that's a little
simpler than the others.
The page uses a stretched 1x1 pixel gif background image. I've been looking at
other display bugs, but did not find anything really similar, but this may be
linked to bug 134942.

The common point to the corrupted areas seems to be the use of a picture with
gray bands as the background property of a TD element.
This is not standard HTML, but is supported by Mozilla even under standards
compliance mode (see bug 115532).
I modified the page to add <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0//EN">
and I still have the same display problem.

I save a copy of the page to display under standard compliance mode in my
personnal web site.
It's there, and it will stay in case the original site moves :

I see this all the time with http://www.arche.fr/clients/references.htm which I
reported in bug 101907 (and also some other sites from time to time).

I could reproduce the same problem with http://www.arche.fr/clients/references.htm.
I missed bug 101907 in my search, I was looking for "lines", "bar" not "stripes".
Marking as duplicate of bug 101907.
