The bottom pane about the selected job frequently reloads which very distracting (and if someone tries to select and copy text from it probably more annoying).
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open treeherder.
2. Select a job.
3. Wait a minute
Actual result:
Reload after a minute.
Expected result:
No flashing reload.
