Windows from Create/Rename/Delete Profile are not affected.

It's the same across platforms. The box#managebuttons selector never
matches (the element is a vbox), so remove that while at it.

Verified as fixed on the latest Nightly 108.0a1 and Firefox 107.0b3 - tested on Windows 7, Windows 10, Ubuntu 20.04, and macOS 11.7.
