Compare file>print in IE and file>print/pagesetup in mozilla
in ie (luna), the tab and dialog background color is the same.
in moz, the tab and tabpanel background color is the same.

This looks like IE's breaking the XP skining... the tab panels *are* meant to be
the lighter colour as in Moz, as far as I know. However, I just noticed the
groupbox captions have the background colour for dialogs, not the tab panel it's
sitting on.

This bug is invalid. Closing, since there's another bug (bug 236107) dealing with groupbox captions.
