Tracking bug for our various platformHTMLBindings fixes we need. Can we take this on a mini-branch for 1.x releases if we have to?

There are oodles of these in Core (which is where these should really be, except bug 185751 which has a Camino-only component), but if they get more attention here, all the better. I listed this project (auditing and fixing all of them, not just the ones represented by these bugs) on the potential Moz SoC projects page http://wiki.mozilla.org/Community:SummerOfCode06 (this seems project-worthy to me, though I could be wrong; it certainly seems at least as suitable as "localize Camino into Thai", last year's project that never made it into a release). MoCo wants potential mentors for the potential projects, and someone's already stopped by on irc to express interest the being the mentee, so are any of you interested in serving as a mentor, or can you suggest more appropriate mentor candidates if needed (Simon, maybe some of the other Editor peers?) The Moz SoC page http://wiki.mozilla.org/Community:SummerOfCode06 has all the relevant Moz info so far as well as links to Google's mentor FAQ. (We've also listed among the potential projects a couple of other longstanding Mac platform bugs that are oft-requested but Future/helpwanted bugs, and they'd also need potential mentors....)

-> 2.0 because I don't think we'll be getting any possible fixes on 1.8.1 at this point.
