I want to disable unit tests for CentOS on m-c (bug 572469) upon joduinn's request since we are going to be soon having unit test coverage on releases on Fedora slaves rather than CentOS slaves. I also want to deploy MozillaBuild to Windows talos slaves (bug 549458) if my final testing goes well. The plan on how to do it was run through bhearsum.

this hg server-side change may not need a downtime, but linking here, so we dont lose track of it.

I am ready to deploy MozillaBuild + python win32 dlls to talos Windows slaves. This is also needed for upgrading to buildbot-0.8.0 (IIRC from a comment from catlee last week).

Adding bug 523946 which is the generateMobileBranchObjects work

Adding bug 511967 to enable nightly updates on slaves for 1.9.1 (en-US only).

Adding bug 559929 for talos check in, and possibility of turning on addontester dummy branch (still pending review).

i'll go through the slaves tomorrow mornign during the downtime.
