I landed http://hg.mozilla.org/build/mozharness/rev/2333c2e69490 and http://hg.mozilla.org/build/mozharness/rev/3334bfde4eed to get mozharness unittests green on Cedar.
I need to:
* stop calling unittests with --enable-preflight-run-commands
* reconfig
* move mouse_and_screen_resolution.py into mozharness/external_tools/
* back out those two revisions
