The patch landed at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=785066#c13 was regressed due to an oversight in a later buildbotcustom patch at http://hg.mozilla.org/build/buildbotcustom/rev/a1389c53fede#l2.1271
We need to put that line back the way it was in bug 785066.

buildbotcustom patch
We probably got away with this (in the no busted l10n nightlies on central and aurora sense) because we still had the make tier_nspr in doRepack() and the extra makes are overkill here.
