Since bug 793022 landed, the mochitest and reftest Ubuntu runs on build-system that bug 839523 added aren't any different than the ones on Cedar, just another set of mozharness runs, so they only serve to cause fear and confusion for gps.
That's a valuable thing to do, but not valuable enough to spend actual cash on.

Perhaps we should just make b-s behave like every other project branch.

Yeah. I suspect this was just RelEng using b-s as a testing branch and not cleaning up?
