Opened up this meta bug since it very often happens that the "Add to home screen" string in Browser gets truncated in non-English locales.
Proposed solution: either changing the original English string for a shorter one, or UX solution
Example: just considering v1.1 locales, this occurs in German, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian, Slovak, Catalan
We have asked localizers to find workarounds when possible for this, however this is not a long term solution

Marking as fixed, all dependencies are resolved.
Note also that now we have 2 separate strings: one for the button, one for the next header (bug 942546).
