Complete the migration of try/try-comm-central to a completely win64-rev2 branch. Basic process: * Migrate the remaining 3 w64-ix-slave try build slaves to the win64-rev2 image ** reimage ** upload keys ** change Nagios host group ** file bug to change OU ** production_configs.py * update try/try-comm-central to rev2-only in configs * deploy the above configs changes (reconfig) * move all try w64-ix-slaves to the try-scl3 pool * return bm56-try1 master to the try-aws-us-west-2 pool and delete the try-aws-us-west-2-rev2 pool from slavealloc

The remaining 3 try slaves are from day5 batch1 in https://etherpad.mozilla.org/win64-rev2: try: w64-ix-slave72 try: w64-ix-slave73 try: w64-ix-slave74
