1.  Goal:
* As a tile sponsor I need a report of standard Sponsored Tile reporting data for my Sponsored Tiles so that I can understand conversion rate and value of using Directory Tiles.

2.  Acceptance Criteria (AC)
* A tile performance report of Unique Users (per period and per region)
* A tile performance report of Impressions (per period and per region)
* A tile performance report of Page Views (per period and per region)
* A tile performance report of Clicks (per unit per period and per region)
* A tile performance report of Clickthrough rate (per unit per period and per region)

3.  Notes/Supporting Documentation
* The report will most likely happen manually at first, as we scale up and determine the method of data gathering that will work for a large set of tiles we will iterate on the system of reporting.
