Today there are too many obstacles for new contributors that want to work on DevTools code. The main points we want to attack with this effort are: * Move all DevTools code to a single directory structure * In-process reload of toolbox to apply changes * Some kind of GitHub presence for DevTools More details in the doc[1]. If you guys will accept a js-ctypes version of file watcher (and have the mentor resources to provide me with) I could really focus on Bug 958280 and knock it out in a month.
