Please don't add random bugs to this meta bug. We're using it to track work we've discussed prioritizing for fixing. Feel free to ask/inquire in other bugs if they should be part of this effort, but also understand in many cases the answer is going to be no -- this can't be a "fix everything, everywhere" effort.

Hi Philipp, Someone(employees or contributors) sometimes might need UX input for the issues listed here. But he/she mightn't know which design is in charge of the UI module and who he/she can send needinfo/uireview request to. So what do you think we have an UX module owner/maintainer list(for code, we have a module owner list[1]) to help people/contributors get UX feedback from a right person more efficiently?
