Also, I added this to the https://developer.mozilla.org/docs/Mozilla/Firefox/Releases/64#APIs (which I had to create) and the https://developer.mozilla.org/docs/Web/API/Fullscreen_API MDN pages. (I also updated can I use: https://caniuse.com#feat=fullscreen)

That was the reason we feel more confident on shipping it at this point.
This looks basically finished; setting to DDC. Thanks all! I'll ask the Chrome docs team if they can update the Chrome compat info.
