In bug 1068138 we are converting many mozharness suites to use the StructuredOutputParser instead of the DesktopUnittestOutputParser.
One change is that the structured parser prints two new errors that treeherder should be able to flag:

So we need to add
1. 'No suite end message was emitted by this harness.'
2. 'No checks run.'
to the treeherder regexes.

FYI some recent examples of tweaking the treeherder log parser can be found in bug 1268333.

Nvm, I'm an idiot. Treeherder already flags these because they are logged alongside ERROR. I just wasn't paying close attention to the failure summary.
