The main views are being converted in phase 1 (bug 1533795). Once that's finished the surrounding areas of the page should be converted to HTML.

Everything is now in HTML, so I think that the extensions.xhtml file can now be removed and redirect about:addons to aboutaddons.html.

As of March 30th the bug is fixed.

That's almost done, only bug 1525179 left. The project this bug originally tracked was also done as well.
